Product Description

The Appassimento Rosso Veneto I.G.T. Passito 2024 is a characterful red wine from Veneto. Produced using the traditional Appassimento method, where a portion of the grapes are dried, a particularly dense and aromatic wine is created.

In the glass, it shows a deep ruby red. The bouquet is characterized by ripe red fruits, cherry, plum, and subtle spicy notes.

On the palate, the wine is soft, round, and velvety, with a pleasant richness and harmonious structure. The Passito style gives it additional depth and a long, smooth finish.

With 14% vol. alcohol, this Appassimento is an excellent accompaniment to hearty meat dishes, pasta with intense sauces, game, or aged cheese.

Recommended drinking temperature: 16–18 °C.
