Vinicola Cicella Fiano Bianco Salento IGP | 0.75 l | 13.5% vol.
Fresh, aromatic Fiano from Salento with floral notes and lively acidity.
Product Description
The Fiano Bianco Salento IGP 2025 from Vinicola Cicella F.lli Schifone comes from Apulia in sunny southern Italy. The designation IGP (Indicazione Geografica Protetta) stands for the protected geographical origin from the Salento region.
The Fiano grape variety is known for its fine aromas and elegant structure. The Mediterranean climate of "Grande Salento" gives the wine expression and freshness.
In the glass, the Fiano shows a pale straw yellow. On the nose, floral aromas with hints of nuts and delicate fruit unfold.
On the palate, the wine is dry, structured, and harmonious, with pleasant freshness and balanced acidity. The finish is clear and elegant.
With 13.5% vol. alcohol, this white wine is excellent with fish dishes, seafood, antipasti, and white meat.
Recommended serving temperature: 8–10 °C.
A Fiano with character, typical freshness, and a Mediterranean style.
