Fresh Primitivo Rosato from Salento IGP with lively fruit and clear elegance.
Product Description
The Salento IGP Primitivo Rosato from the 2024 vintage comes from the provinces of Brindisi and Taranto in the sunny south of Puglia. The designation IGP (Indicazione Geografica Protetta) guarantees the protected geographical origin and emphasizes the regional character.
Made from 100% Primitivo, this rosé combines the aromatic intensity of the grape variety with freshness and lightness. The vines are trained using the Spalier (trellis) system. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks, which preserves its clear fruit, freshness, and lively structure.
In the glass, it shows a delicate salmon pink. The nose reveals aromas of red berries, strawberries, and subtle floral nuances. On the palate, the wine is fresh, dry, and balanced, with pleasant acidity and a harmonious finish. A modern, Mediterranean rosé with drinkability and elegance.
Ideal as a summer wine, with antipasti, salads, grilled fish, seafood, or light Mediterranean dishes.
