Produced in the heart of Apulia, in Cerignola (province of Foggia), Iposea has stood for Italian family-run preserving for over 80 years. Today, the company is managed by the fourth generation and combines traditional recipes with modern quality control.

These capers are characterized by their spicy, intense aroma and their pleasantly firm texture. Preserving them in vinegar creates a balanced blend of subtle acidity and natural spice – ideal for refining Mediterranean dishes.
