The Champignons grigliati from Le Bontà del Casale are aromatic, grilled mushrooms (Agaricus Bisporus) prepared according to Italian antipasti tradition and preserved in oil. With 60% mushrooms and 32% sunflower oil, they impress with their juicy texture and subtly spicy flavor.

Grilling gives the mushrooms a lightly smoky note, harmoniously balanced with wine vinegar, herbs, and spices. The result is a well-rounded combination of mild acidity, Mediterranean seasoning, and natural mushroom aroma.
