The Prosecco DOC Rosé Millesimato Extra Dry from Casa Farive is an Italian sparkling wine from the renowned Prosecco growing region in Veneto. Produced using the classic Charmat method from Glera grapes and a rosé proportion, this Millesimato is characterized by a lively perlage and fresh fruit aromas.

In the glass, the wine shows a delicate rosé with sparkling perlage. The nose entices with aromas of red fruits, apple, and subtle floral notes. On the palate, the wine impresses with lively freshness, a fine-fruited structure, and a pleasantly balanced Extra Dry taste.
